This section signposts to a selection of resources to support the development of leadership skills and resilience. Pharmacy staff in all areas of practice should undertake leadership as part of their professional development and job roles and it is an essential skill for pharmacy staff working at all stages of their career.

CPPE - Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education
CPPE – Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Pharmacy Leaders Programme
This programme is for pharmacy staff who aspire to lead NHS departments, services, teams or systems of care and is open to experienced pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. It aims to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours to help pharmacy professionals become outstanding, compassionate and inclusive leaders.
CPPE - Leading for change
This course is open to pharmacy professionals from all sectors of practice who lead teams or services within their organisation. The aim of the programme is to enable the development of the skills and behaviours required to become an inspiring and effective pharmacy leader.
CPPE - Leadership for Healthy Living Pharmacy
This e-learning is for pharmacy professionals with an interest in developing their leadership skills in achieving or maintaining Healthy Living Pharmacy status in line with community pharmacy NHS contractual requirements .
CPPE - Life skills - developing your potential
This course enables pharmacy professionals to reflect on their personal skill set and to identify how they can develop a range of life skills such as reflective practice, time management, assertiveness at work, and mentoring.

Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Clinical Fellowship Scheme
This fellowship is designed to support and develop pharmacists to develop as clinical leaders of the future .
Chief Sustainability Officer’s Clinical Fellowship Scheme
This fellowship has been established to support those with an interest in sustainability who want to develop as clinical leaders and sustainability champions of the future.
